Why I blog

For many over 10 years now, I have been studying personal development and it has impacted my life in many, many ways. For example, I was able to overcome my insecurities about having dark skin,  commit to my dream of becoming an international actor, learn how to open up to life by focussing on the good that life has to offer – though I’m still learning to do this last one.

Blogging allows me to share this strong sense of empowerment that I feel and encourage others to embark on and commit to their own journey of self-discovery, self-awareness and empowerment.

I think I’ve become pretty good at motivating people and sharing the knowledge I gain from reading and researching personal development and self-motivation. I’ve also learned – and I’m still learning – to communicate with people in a way that they understand.

Aside from self-study, other things that have allowed me to grow are solo-travelling (which I looooooove doing) and becoming a life coach.

So, blogging is a way for me to share what I have to offer with whoever is open to listening. I want to inspire people to find the peace and excitement in life. I want people to achieve their dreams and challenge themselves in new ways. I believe it’s when we get to know ourselves that we truly find our purpose and enjoy the present moment.
